CASS releases Africa development report

Yellow Book of Africa: Annual Report on Development in Africa (2013-14) was released in Beijing on July 26. The report was released by the Institute of West Asian and African Studies under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and published by Social Sciences Academic Press. African studies have generated strong interest in Chinese academic circles amid the rapid development of Sino-African cooperation over the past decade. Consisting of six parts, the report examined the economic situation and market trends in Africa. It also analyzed trends in African policy and the international environment for developing Sino-African relations.
