Scholars predict steady industrial development in 2015
Author :  Jiang Hong Source : Chinese Social Sciences Today 2015-01-10
The Third China Industrial Development Forum themed “China’s Industrial Development in the New Normal Phase” was held in Beijing on December 15. Scholars predicted China’s industrial development will keep progressing while maintaining stability in 2015. Targeted growth of enterprises above designated size should be set at 7.5 percent to 8.5 percent, leaving flexibility for policies, scholars recommended. They said progress will be achieved by reforms to improve the industrial economic structure, promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial economics, and innovate in the momentum for industrial economic development. In 2015, China’s industrial economics should accelerate closures of outdated production facilities and improve industrial structure, said scholars.
