G20 think tanks seek ways to invigorate world economy

More than 200 scholars from over 20 countries and international organizations, such as the United States, Russia, Germany and China, explored the internal relationships connecting innovation, new economy and structural reform at the think tank meeting preparing for the G20 held on June 18 in Anji, East China’s Zhejiang Province. The meeting is one of several supplementary meetings for the upcoming G20 summit, which will be held in September. A new round of scientific, industrial and educational revolutions is emerging, forming a new blueprint for innovative growth, said Wu Zhaohui, president of Zhejiang University.
