Think tank focuses on regional collaborative development

A think tank on the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was established on Jan. 6 on the sidelines of the fourth China Industrial Development Forum, held in Baoding City, Hebei Province. As a specialized think tank subordinate to the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, it also integrates social science scholars from the Capital University of Economics and Business, the Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Hebei University of Economics and Business, and other universities to foster a regional community for innovation in the social sciences. Its functions include theoretical innovation, policy suggestion, opinion guidance and social service. At the symposium, China Industrial Development Report 2015 was released.
